Private home and commercial inspections with detailed, easy-to-understand reporting.
We provide private home and commercial inspections. Lowe Inspections provides a complete analysis of your home by examining the following major systems and more:
Thermal imaging is an added service focusing on hidden moisture intrusion, heat loss areas, and looking for electrical hotspots in the home.
At an additional cost, a full Thermal Imaging Inspection of the home is available where a full scan of the home is conducted, analyzing for moisture intrusion, insulation deficiencies, areas of energy loss, and electrical hotspots.
*Use of an infrared camera is not used during the home inspection process, but is available as an add-on service.
Sewer imaging inspections are available as an additional service to help identify potential issues that may not be visible during a standard inspection.
Water leaks from the plumbing system often leak undetected until major damage has occurred. We can scan in, under, and around plumbing fixtures in the home to determine if there is active leaking going on.
Since this tool is not a moisture meter, we use it to find heat anomalies and then pursue the issue further to attempt to determine the source and cause of the leak.
Thermal image scanning can detect temperature anomalies in the plumbing system not visible to the naked eye, which may be a precursor to a larger issue. The resulting Thermal Image Scan report can be a great aid for the repair plumber hired to address the identified issues.
We take images throughout the inspection and integrate them into your report, illustrating the issues that we may find with the property and providing you with a comprehensive overview of its condition.
Our reports are easy to understand and are broken into individual sections, such as interior, heating and air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, roof, and more. This makes it easy for you to review the findings.
We know your time is valuable, so we won’t keep you waiting. We guarantee that you will receive your report within 24 to 48 hours of your inspection so that you can take any necessary actions that may be needed.
A home inspection is an examination of a property’s material condition. On average, home inspection costs range between $400 to $500 in Michigan. Prices vary from place to place, depending on the property’s size and the type of inspection performed.
